Kathleen Buscher - CEO

Kathy Buscher is a certified Environmental Professional and has been a Registered Environmental Assessor with the State of California since 1991. Ms. Buscher’s professional experience includes over 20 years working in the environmental field in the private consulting industry. Ms. Buscher has performed thousands of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Montana, and Michigan. She has conducted numerous site characterizations for petroleum, solvent, metals, and other pollutants as well as managed all phases of remedial investigation work including; permitting, analytical sampling, site characterization, geophysical surveys, and groundwater monitoring well installation and abandonment, remediation, and negotiating facility case closure.

Theresa Sinclair - Account Manager

Ms. Sinclair delivers personal and high level customer service backed by more than a decade of sales and account management experience.  She has managed client relations and trained customers across the Western United States including Hawaii.  Clients have included military, government and non-profit organizations as well as private sector accounts.  She is committed to providing seamless transactions for her client base.
